Annual Hartman Park Spring Cleanup |
Sessions
and activities: Line Chalk will be delivered at 9:00 – We need people to clean sheds and load (144) 50lb bags of chalk into the sheds. A great workout. ;) Field Preparation Training at 10:00. All Field Prep volunteers should attend this, most especially if you have not performed field prep before. Complex Manager Training at 11:00 - Hats and Keys will be given out. All teams are responsible for 4 or 5 slots (a slot is usually 2 ½ to 3 hours) of Complex Manager duty. Parents can be your Complex Managers but only if they attend the training at this time. Clean the 4 Buildings - Some Painting, Wash Windows, Lube Window Tracks etc... Clean, Rake and Work on Batting Cage Gravel. Batting Cage Netting Repair. Weed and Rake 8 Upper Field Bullpens. Repair Steps. Remove Rocks and Fill Holes in Outfield on all Fields. Weed Fence Lines, Under Bleachers and Clean-up Garbage everywhere. |
