If you have the desire and commitment to help make a positive difference in the kids lives in our community, then please consider volunteering some time to serve on the Redmond West Little League Board of Directors.  The Board is the governing body which oversees and directs the operation of the league in accordance with Official Little League and District 9 regulations and rules.

Board Positions:

President – represents RWLL to District and City; leads meetings; serves on committees
 Vice President, Baseball – oversees baseball program, serves on committees
 Vice President, Softball – oversees softball program, serves on committees
 Vice President, Facilities/Complex – trains and schedules Complex Managers, interacts
     with City regarding Hartman Park issues, negotiates field use with City and County.
 Vice President, Tournaments – administers post-season play, coordinates with RNLL.
 Registrar – handles player registration, assists with drafts and team formations.
 Treasurer – maintains RWLL accounts, pay bills.
 Secretary – takes minutes at meetings, serves on committees.
 Baseball Player Agent – acts as liaison between players/parents and coaches, compiles
     try-out data, manages drafts, serves on committees, runs All-Star selections, etc.
 Softball Player Agent – same as above.
 Sluggers Coordinator – handles team formations, recruits coaches, acts as liaison between
     players/parents and coaches, serves on committees.
 T-ball Coordinator – same as above.
 Chief Scheduler – determines field allocations for all levels of BB/SB, oversees assistants.
 Assistant Scheduler(s) – assigns practice fields, creates game schedules, reschedules rain-outs.
 Baseball Chief Umpire – trains and schedules volunteer umpires, handles questions/issues.
 Softball Chief Umpire – same as above.
 Tryouts Coordinator – books location, creates schedule, recruits/oversees volunteers,
     manages data collection.
 Equipment Coordinator – maintains inventory, orders supplies, assembles equipment bags
     and distributes to/collects them from managers.
 Training Coordinator – schedules and oversees pre-season training clinics.
 Head Scorekeeper – trains volunteer scorekeepers, maintains records, handles questions/issues.
 Web Administrator – maintains RWLL website.
 Newsletter Editor – publishes 2-3 newsletters/year.
 Mariners/Husky Day Coordinator – distributes information, collects payments, distributes
      tickets for Little League events at local sports teams.
 Concessions Coordinator – oversees RWLL interest in Hartman concessions stand.
 Uniforms Coordinator – maintains inventory, orders uniforms and supplies.
 Picture Coordinator – contracts photographer, coordinates team/individual photo schedule.
 Safety Officer – trains managers on safety issues and procedures.
